隔熱型材的生産方式主要有兩種,一種是采用隔熱條材料與鋁型材,通過機械開齒、穿條、滾壓等工序形成“隔熱橋”,稱為隔熱型材“穿條式”;另一種是把隔熱材料澆注入鋁合金型材的隔熱腔體内,經過固化,去除斷橋金屬等工序形成“隔熱橋”,稱為“澆注式”隔熱型材。

隔熱型材的内外兩面,可以是不同斷面的型材,也可以是不同表面處理方式的不同顔色型材。但受地域,氣候的影響,避免因隔熱材料和鋁型材的線膨脹系數的差距很大,在熱脹冷縮時二者之間産生較大應力和間隙;同時隔熱材料和鋁型材組合成一體,在門窗和幕牆結構中,同樣和鋁材一樣受力。因此,要求隔熱材料還必須有與鋁合金型材相接近的抗拉強度、抗彎強度,膨脹系數和彈性模量,否則就會使隔熱橋遭到斷開和破壞。因此,隔熱材料的選用是非常重要的。

Therefore, it is required that the insulation material must have the similar tensile strength, flexural strength, expansion coefficient and elastic modulus to the aluminum alloy profile, otherwise the insulation bridge will be broken and destroyed. Therefore, the selection of insulation materials is very important.
